Liability for content
In accordance with § 7 Section 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as a service provider, are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to the generally applicable laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or saved third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
